The CCDF RBW
can be set to a maximum of 20 MHz. This capability
allows an approximately tenfold speed increase over
previous software processing time. The measurement
speed can be two seconds or less (RBW: 10 MHz; measurement
sample count: 100,000) |

to plot a CCDF curve for Gaussian noise and support
for burst signals, this product is ideal for evaluation
of high-power amplifiers. |
